She works in private practice and for more than 20 years at the Brent Centre for Young People, seeing adolescents and supervising staff. 

She teaches and supervises on the Training Courses of the Institute of Psychoanalysis (London), where for 5 years she was the chair of its Foundation and Post Foundation courses.

Many years of experience as a supervisor and a Team Leader of the Arbors Crisis Center (London).
Teaches and supervises abroad, in particular, has been conducting regular seminars under the Melanie Klein Trust program in St. Petersburg for 9 years.
